As a body transformation and fat loss expert with experience since 1998, I have a Master’s degree in exercise, nutrition, and psychology. In the Consistency Stage, we focused on ensuring that Janice’s progress was sustainable, even amidst her demanding lifestyle. With only 10 minutes of fitness per day and an emphasis on mindset and habits, Janice was able to maintain her weight loss and continue to improve her overall health.

Throughout her journey, the program’s core values of courage, clarity, confidence, connection, consistency, cognition, and control played a vital role in her success. By embracing these values and adhering to the program’s principles, Janice was able to lose an impressive 20kg and keep it off.
