🥗 Nourish Your Body: Instead of depriving yourself of your favourite foods, find a balance. Eat nutrient-rich foods most of the time, but allow yourself to enjoy treats occasionally without guilt.

📝 Track Your Progress: Keep a SIMPLE journal of your journey. Write down your exercises, what you eat, and how you feel. This can help you understand your body better and make more informed decisions.

💬 Reach Out for Support: You don’t have to do this alone. Surround yourself with positive influences, join a supportive community, or seek professional guidance.
